During the program, you’ll:

Learn from world-class Lead Trainers, all of whom have completed 500+ coaching hours to obtain a PCC or MCC credential from the ICF, plus an additional 640 training hours with iPEC
Become trained and certified to use the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment, a research-backed assessment tool that helps clients tangibly understand how they show up in different areas of their life
Earn your Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certifications
Once you complete the iPEC Coach Training Program, you'll have the option to enroll in COR.E® Dynamics, iPEC's advanced training program, where you'll:
